
The Straits Times and the Speak Good English Movement, with the support from MOE, are organising the 'Inspiring Teacher of English Award'. This is the first national award for English teachers in Singapore.
They are looking for teachers who:
a) are passionate about making English interesting and relevant to their students;
b) use innovative methods to engage their students and help them learn the language better;
c) are role models in their own use of the language.
The nomination starts from 27 June to 17 July. For more information and the nomination form, parents can go to www.goodenglish.org.sg
Parents...come on ask your kids about their English teachers and nominate those deserving....
